Are the products truly 100% natural?
Absolutely. Each product's ingredients are listed on the product page and on the packaging. What you see is exactly what you get.

Do natural products work?
Yes they do work and just as well as pharmaceutical products. Discover the full story.

Why are Latin names included in the ingredients?
Knowing the Latin name of an essential oil is critically important as each one has different properties. For example, there are six eucalyptus essential oil chemotypes and each one has their own uses.

Who actually makes the products?
Michelle, the founder, handcrafts and fills every order.  She carefully formulates the blends of essential oils to appropriate usage levels and tests each product on volunteers and herself before making them available for purchase. 

Is Michelle a certified aromatherapist?
Yes. More specifically, a Certified Master Clinical Aromatherapist.

Are the products animal tested?
Never!

How long does delivery take?
Your product is created and shipped within 3-5 days of your order being placed.

How much is shipping?
Within the U.S. shipping is $2.98 per order and just 99¢ for each additional item.
International shipping is $11.98 per order and just 99¢ for each additional item. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Do you offer returns, refunds or exchanges?

What are the benefits of a customer account?

How is my account protected?
